No fine print traps.

Acceptance
By creating an account or using CrossCast in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free and paid accounts.
Your content and ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to CrossCast including audio files, artwork, descriptions, and episode metadata. By uploading content, you grant CrossCast a limited license to store, host, and distribute that content on your behalf as part of the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and distribute all content on the platform.
Content you must not upload
You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains illegal material, promotes violence or hatred, or violates any applicable law. CrossCast reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. Repeated violations will result in account termination.
Billing and storage
CrossCast charges based on storage only — never on downloads. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Storage overages are billed at $0.25/GB above your plan limit. You will never be charged for how many times your episodes are played or downloaded. This is a permanent commitment of CrossCast, not a promotional offer.
Account termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. CrossCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.
Platform availability
CrossCast is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability, though we work hard to maintain a reliable service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
CrossCast and Global Crossover are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to CrossCast in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of CrossCast after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law.
